Happy New Year, loyal sons and daughters! I have taken over sole responsibility for the #HLSRecap, so I owe you all an apology for the lateness of this Stanford recap. I’m sorry. I’ll do much better this fall.
I re-watched the Stanford game today while putting this together. Man, the Irish played so well. They could have won this one.
Anyway, let’s try to focus on the good news. The #HLSRecap still lives – and there’s a good chance that if you said something funny or insightful during the game, I included it here!
Have we all had time to heal and gain perspective? If so, then it’s time to re-visit the November 28, 2015 clash between the Irish and the singular Cardinal of Stanford. A game that ended in heart breaking fashion with whiny David Shaw escaping Palo Alto with a 38-36 win.
