#CostumeGameDay Week 9: 50 Shades of Notre Dame

October 31, 2015 by Anastasia

IMG_8271Welcome to 50 Shades of Notre Dame. Today’s exotic and graphic chapter comes from a very recent experience where the Fighting Irish dominated the USC Trojans and whipped them into submission.

The problem with most submissives is they think they are in control when they are not. This was easily seen as USC did not get on their knees early and tried to stand up to the Irish taking an early lead. That didn’t matter though, as Notre Dame was experienced in the area of dominating. It only took one play for the Irish to smack the Trojans in the face and get them to obey. From that point on, the running and passing game of the Irish penetrated the Trojans defense, many times in a deep and forceful way. The Irish continued to pound the ball deeper and deeper until they found themselves in the end zone, causing the Trojans to continually gasp in pain.IMG_8273

The Irish even let the Trojans play a little bit of role reversal in the second and third quarters, but only to keep things interesting. At the start of the fourth quarter the Irish whispered the safe word into the Trojans ear, “Go Irish”. The Trojans refused to give into the pressure Notre Dame continually put on them, causing the Irish to pound on them harder and harder until the Trojans broke. The Irish strapped down the Trojans on offense and defense ramming the ball down their throat on one end and continually finding holes in the other as the defense continually threw the quarterback to the ground below them.

As the sun rose the next day, the Trojans went home bruised and battered while the Irish once again stood tall. While the game may have looked closer than it really was, The Fighting Irish’s offensive playmaking once again helped the team come up from behind and did not let go until they dominated.

I believe Notre Dame will dominate Temple tonight. Notre Dame 42 Temple 21. Go Irish!

**In preparation of this article, these clichés were taken from actual game day commentators during all football games I have watched this season from all networks.**
