Notre Dame’s game is in primetime, so here’s a way to calm your nerves before kickoff. Louisville travels to South Bend just before Thanksgiving, and they should have a fully-integrated Bobby Petrino offense by that juncture. NC State gave Florida State a scare a while back, taking advantage of Seminole miscues, but couldn’t finish off the defending national champions.

I’ll be at the Louisville game Saturday and racing home afterward to see the Irish kickoff. (Pray for me) I don’t think we’ll see a fully integrated Petrino offense when they come to South Bend. Both QB’s are under developed and I don’t see that being fixed this season. The OLine is also struggling. They need an offseason of pumping iron (it’s not the scheme)to fix those woes. The D has looked impressive and may give Golson and company trouble. At this point, I still see ND winning by 10-14.
I certainly hope so. I agree they haven’t looked as formidable this year as I’d imagined. Whether that’s due to line play or other factors, I hope they don’t figure it out in a month’s time.
