Another day, another commit.
Yesterday, Ashton White, three-star cornerback of Bishop McNamara High School, Forestville, MD (Washington DC), committed to the University of Notre Dame. White is ranked 48th nationally and is also being recruited by Boston College, Maryland, Ohio State and Virginia Tech. The 5-foot-11, 176 lb corner back has a 4.43 40-yard dash according to Hudl.com. White was previously committed to Virginia Tech, but decommitted in mid-March and then took visits to several schools including Maryland, Ohio State and Kentucky before announcing his commitment to Notre Dame. He is one of the most talented defensive backs coming out of the Maryland/DC area and is a great addition to Notre Dame’s 2015 class. The defensive coaches at Notre Dame are definitely working overtime these days.
