Notre Dame recruiting has switched focus from a flurry of defensive commitments over the last two weeks to four visiting quarterbacks this week and early next week. Head coach Brian Kelly and quarterback coach Matt LaFleur are not going to be outshined by their defensive counterparts. Here are the four recruits who are taking a closer look at Notre Dame.
Jacob Eason, 5-star quarterback, Lake Stevens High School, Lake Stevens, Wash. (Class of 2016.) Pocket passer. Also being recruited by Alabama and Georgia.
Eason, 6-foot-5, 205-lbs.
Malik Henry, quarterback, Westlake High School, Westlake Village, Calif. (Class of 2016.) Dual threat. Also being recruited by Florida State, Michigan and UCLA.
Henry, 6-foot-3, 174-lbs.
Jawon Pass, quarterback, Carver High School, Columbus, Ga. (Class of 2016.) Pocket passer. Also being recruited by Auburn, Mississippi State, Clemson, Miami and Texas A&M.
Pass, 6-foot-5, 210-lbs. His stats on hudl.com show him with a 4.68 40 yard dash, 225-lb bench press and 400-lb squat.
Dwayne Haskins, quarterback, The Bullis School, Potomac, Md. (Class of 2016.) Power passer. Also being recruited by Ohio State.
Haskins, 6-foot-3, 185-lbs.

Just curious…do we have a “top” target from this list? Eason appears to be the only pocket passer. Pass has great size and he will stay in the pocket. Henry throws a beautiful ball.
