Gather around boys and girls. It’s once again storytelling time. However, this story isn’t about two beautiful princesses ruling the Notre Dame kingdom. This story is much more dark and follows gnome lore and a gnome’s hate for tigers.
You see… gnomes and tigers don’t get along. As a matter of fact, one Gnome named Anastasia, hunted tigers to protect her friends. During her hunting, Anastasia came across one Tiger in particular that kept on complaining about how he was going to beat the Fighting Irish. She knew she needed to go savage on him. Here is a story passed through hundreds of years of gnome lore about Dabo, The Tiger.
You see, Dabo thought he had swagger. He danced like a moron, talked all this smack about the number 13 and was going to battle Notre Dame in a war for the jungle.
Dabo was a little nervous about this battle so he got down on his knees, put his little paws together and said a prayer, and it sounded like this: “Oh dear God… you see, my name’s Dabo, The Tiger, and I’m undefeated. But there’s one problem. Everybody still thinks that I absolutely suck!”
Then at that point, the jungle around Dabo started to shake, the heavens opened up and God Himself spoke to Dabo and said this: “Bob…”
“But my name’s Dabo!” Dabo cried.
“IT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT YOUR NAME IS!” God cracked in a thunderous voice. “But you are absolutely right. You *do* suck.”
Dabo tried to disagree and mention his dancing to which God commanded, “KNOW YOUR ROLE AND SHUT YOUR MOUTH!” And then as fear went through Dabo’s body, tears slid down your cheek, and piss rolled down his leg, the jungle started to shake again, the clouds parted, the heavens opened and what seemed like millions…And millions of Notre Dame fans chanting “Go Irish.” Dabo lost that fight, just like Clemson will lose this one. Notre Dame 24 Clemson 20.
