As I continued my foray into the undertaking that is the #HLSRecap, we noticed that we had failed to finalize standings and declare a champion for 2014. So what better than that the present to go ahead and toss the two rankings in one post!
As a reminder, points are awarded in the following fashion:
- 1 point for each tweet
- 0.5 points for each tweet involved in a RT/quote
- The Twitter Ranking Of Leprechaun Legion (T.R.O.L.L.) Scale which is awarded arbitrarily and will still be awarded by Irish Elvis as he sees fit. To use a wrestling analogy, I’m HHH running the show publicly, but in reality Elvis is Vince McMahon screaming instructions from the back and pushing/burying people at will.
This season, the Brick Helmet Stickers will not be returning as the Crossroads construction has kept the Brick quite busy. We will name an MVP; however, we will sadly not be able to award booze. You will have to settle for internet brownie points instead.
So with that said, here are the final 2014 standings with the final awarded T.R.O.L.L. points and Irish Elvis’ comments and rationale behind them:

[table “” not found /]So, yes, @PootND is your #HLSRecap champion through all kinds of horrid manipulation. Honestly, this makes a lot of sense as word on the street is that Poot runs somewhere around 100 Twitter accounts.
And now for the first 2015 rankings of the year. Let’s see how y’all did on week 1 and how the T.R.O.L.L. treated y’all:

Technically, I should be winning the MVP for Texas week; however, I seriously failed in editing and Elvis, rightfully, smacked me down for such a rookie mistake. Instead, we will have 3 co-MVPs for this week. Congrats to @Jo_Rae, @OptimisticDomer, and @rakesofmallow for your Twitter prowess!
We will see y’all next week (and hopefully much earlier now that I have this somewhat figured out).
