Good morning! I’m slowly catching up on all the latest Notre Dame football news. Chase Claypool, a big wide receiver from Abbotsford, British Columbia committed to the Irish at The Opening, Nike’s camp for elite players. The early talk is that Claypool has the right size to be a wide receiver or tight end, but he may struggle with the big difference in talent between Canadian high school football and Notre Dame. There should be plenty of time to mold him, however, since the Irish are pretty stacked at wide receiver.
