Good morning! Julian Okwara, the four-star defensive end from North Carolina, made big news on Tuesday by committing to Notre Dame. He becomes the fifth commitment for the class of 2016. Okwara’s name should sound familiar; he’s the younger brother of senior defensive lineman Romeo Okwara.
