Other than the question, “is there any possible way tOSU can beat Southern Cal?” there has been no debate raging ragier among college football fans this week than whether or not Washington should have been penalized with an excessive celebration call last weekend.     I love that Syracuse is running away with this. Either y’all don’t think Syracuse has any hope, at all, of even celebrating this weekend, or you think Washington has both hope of celebrating and such poor coaching that they’d make the same mistake twice.
