Charlie’s been talking this week about a “greater sense of urgency” among the team. What he’s really talking about is more intensity in practice. I’ve got your extra instensity right here:

This Legends of South Bend thing is really taking off on the right foot. Their latest is a quick interview with Rick Mirer about how to beat Michigan (sucks!).
JVH at IRT, I think, could probably get the guys pretty wound up with a pre-game speech before the Michigan (sucks!) tilt. But he’d refuse because talk is cheap.
I don’t know if it’s good that they’re doing this, or bad that they need to do it.

James, I watched last week as the Ducks’ running back ran over, thru, and, literally, on top of the Michigan defenders. I know if that guy, with half the talent your possess can do it, you can do it, son. Now make me proud.
