HAPPY HALLOWEEN ERRBODY! Welcome back Loyal Sons and Daughters, it’s the return of the HLS Video with ya boi Shane, a.k.a. SupermanTDJesus! We shouldn’t lose touch you guys, I miss y’all. It sucks when our parents ground us for THEM NOT WINNING and we can’t hang out, but WE’RE BACK Y’ALL!! What an emotional disaster of a game. Considering the way this season has gone, I should be more specific: I mean this Miami game was yet another rollercoaster ride of severely weakened emotions that probably killed someone or something. Notre Dame is nothing if not consistent at least, because these games are getting harder and harder to watch, you know, since they keep coming down to the 4th quarter and a lot of nervousness and all. After jumping out to a beautiful 20-point lead, the Irish somehow wound up down 27-20 and in need of some serious heroics to walk out with a win against the Miami Hurricanes, only this week they actually managed to pull it out. AND SO HERE WE ARE, A HIGHLIGHT VIDEO POST! WOOOOO!
Last time we got to hang out, BVG had just been fired. Yeah, it has been that long. Funny enough, in the time that has passed the defense has been totally balls crazy good! In this game alone Notre Dame had five sacks and 12 tackles for loss. Did you read that? FIVE SACKS!! Jarron Jones basically wiped the floor with Brad Kaaya and the Miami offense whenever he wanted to, and Notre Dame’s special teams were essentially the best overall unit for the Hurricanes, putting Notre Dame is the greatest number of difficult positions on the day. There is a lot to be concerned with regarding this Irish team, obviously, but a win is a win, and I’ll take it at this point.
That being said, i’m sure Ryan (@NDTex) and I will have some pretty good fun talking through this one on the podcast. You guys toughed through my stupid words, and for that you deserve to be rewarded for your soldierly commitment. BRING ON THE HIGHLIGHTS! GET YOU SOME!
