Cornerback Devin Butler has pleaded to a misdemeanor charge of resisting law enforcement in satisfaction of the two felonies pending against him. The attorney for Butler, who is recovering from a broken foot, said he expects his client to be reinstated to the football team. A spokesman for the football team says the senior’s status has not changed. Butler is unlikely to play this year.
