Fans and media have spent a lot of time debating whether Coach Kelly throws his players under the bus. Today, the team captains said they absolutely don’t feel Kelly is solely blaming them or their teammates for the four losses. But as a friend and fellow ND grad said to me today, “Players approved by Notre Dame to speak to the media had nothing bad to say about the man who controls their playing time and potential NFL draft position? I am shocked.” I’m not that cynical, but I get his point. The blame game and other headlines below.
