Notre Dame Football is upon us so it’s time for the first open thread of the season!
Since we have moved to Disqus, we will be running these threads in our comment section. One of the great features that we can now take advantage of is that Disqus will update comments live so you have no need to refresh this page to stay up to date in the conversation.
Now, your “old” HLS account won’t log you into Disqus as those now only work for the forums; however, getting into Disqus is easy and you don’t need another password. You can log in via Twitter, Facebook, or just provide a user name and email (you can create a Disqus account with this, but it isn’t required).
By default we have a voting system enabled so we sort comments by “Best”; however, feel free to change this by clicking the arrow on the “Discussion” tab to change this to “Newest” or “Oldest” if you wish. This setting will be saved for you throughout the site and you can change it at any time.
So come on in, have some fun talking football, and GO IRISH!
