The Eagles’ current series against Notre Dame runs out next year, but the two schools are in talks for a three-game series starting in 2016. The series would include a neutral-site game, with Chicago’s Soldier Field in the discussion.
And, frankly, if such a maneuver is really under consideration by Jack Swarbrick as a way to “fix” future scheduling, well, a few pictures come to mind, courtesy of one of the very reasons for the existence of the internet.
