He believes in the seniority system and is “loyal” to the older guys. Therefore, expect to be “mad” again next March. Muffet deserved a ten year contract; Brey deserved a ten month contract.

My bad on that. Definitely not trying to slight the LAXers at all, especially after the great run they had last season too.

Baseball ended up being front of mind for me because:

1) I love baseball
2) It has previously been a program that has also had some issues of being stuck in a rut and Akoi has done a fantastic job propelling them out of it.

Either way, the LAX example is yet just another example of other sports excelling while men’s bball remains stagnant.
