ND received an egregious penalty because because Father Jenkins had the courage to challlenge the NCAA foray in to bathroom regulation. Call it punishment for ND not marching to the NCAA PC drummers. Let’s hope ND has Fr. Jenkins for a long time.

But they never had jurisdiction in the first place. That whole investigation was a “sham”. Most colleges have the same type of classes with even less requirements. Many have classes JUST FOR athletes. The reactions to the ruling are hilariously misguided. They never had jurisdiction which is the whole reason they overreached with the “impermissible benefits” charge. Oh well *shrugs* NCAA has always been a waste of time. College sports is all about the money. Look at the FBI investigation. That’s always been common knowledge,but Mark Emmett was shocked? lol ….ok.

I posted this on Irish Illustrated. I would love to start a movement and stop the stupidity and fraud that is the NCAA.

If ND loses this now I am personally going to start an internet move to F@#$ the NCAA and remove it from college sports. They just didn’t want to have to go back and vacate wins from a Jordan basketball team. And every UNC team sense 1980. Don’t forget the recent Miami issue that was pushed under the rug. Education my ASS.

I would advocate, and who know maybe it could catch fire, giving the conferences the power to set their own rules and control. Then the bowl selection committee would set the playoff. After they are set the conferences would have to agree on EVERYTHING for the games.

I have never actively protested anything in my life. After thirteen years in the Air Force fighting for our freedoms I still believe that protesters have rights as well. But when a controlling body like the NCAA gets it wrong so many times, @#$#$%%^&%$&^ F them.

Let’s start with the NCAA and get rid of them.

They are also behind on paying players, health insurance for life for players and anything else that matters.

And BTW, for all you cowherds out their that hide behind fake names, come out with you own and take ownership of your comments.

NCAA is a joke – comply and they screw you, ignore them and stonewall them and a slap on the wrist.
I see UGA fans complaining about a ruling which went the other way against UGA which seems less suspicious (3 players in a class with everyone else being regular students, and even having an exam).
