Im probably going to be serving a lot of Rahr and sons. Deep Ellum and Shiner really shouldnt be messed with in their standard mode, so pouring 3 cases of beers into a giant pumpkin calls for something that could use a little experimentation.

For beers, since we’ll be in Dallas…well, kinda… the Southern Star Bombshell Blonde is great. Also anything by Deep Ellum Brewing Company is tasty. Any flavor of Shiner will never treat you wrong.

For the game…well, between #dismissivehandwank theater all week and the fact that ASU just looks much better than us, I’m thinking tomorrow is an L. However, I’m usually wrong so that will be nice. Here’s to drinking in a 2 billion dollar building.

I think I’m gonna buy a ukelele now. Thanks for that.
I’ll be at the Louisville game next Thursday, pint of bourbon in pocket(cause that’s how I roll), hoping for a 3 TD win against another lesser opponent.

Too funny. I made my beer run for the tailgate last night and picked up two of the three, Now all I need is to pick-up the Pecan Lodge BBQ Saturday morning on my way out.
