There are bars (e.g. Tujagues) and restaurants (e.g. Antoine&#039;s) that pre-date the Civil War as going concerns, largely unchanged. The Ramos Gin Fizz is another drink. Absinthe. Which wasn&#039;t invented here, but come on.]]></description>
