Here it got him to the HC position of a mediocre D1 college program. Peter Principle in full effect.

But his clock management at the end of regulation was horrid. HORRID. Reminded me of Bob so much that I had flashbacks and immediately began to panic thinking it was 1998 again. Dude had timeouts and refused to use them. Then he semi-threw-the-kids-under-the-bus (Urban style) talking about how the players just missed this or just missed that and that they’ll ‘get better’. Look in the mirror buddy.
