					<description><![CDATA[Corwin is the &quot;OLB&quot; coach.  And as we&#039;ve watched Neal and Smith progress this season, you can see the quality of coaching there.  But our Interior LBs haven&#039;t progressed nearly as much and have been a real liability on this team.  And in a 3-4, you MUST have excelent ILB play.

It&#039;s certainly not a done-deal about Latina.  With Weis&#039; new found love for hitting in camps, we may see Latina become the coach he&#039;s reputed to be.  I&#039;d love that.  I don&#039;t dislike Latina, but something needs to be done to fix that OL.]]></description>

Assuming Weis replaces Latina, and I am not sure that is a done deal, then either of those two would be good choices, even if they are not part of the Bellicheck tree.  I think the issue is whether or not the blocking scheme they use is compatible with what Weis wants.  If it is not, they may not be teaching what they know, and if that is the case, the players won&#039;t learn anything.]]></description>
