At 6’7’’ and being near his ideal college weight for his position, he looks ready to play. Games are won in the trenches and you always like having a guy like him on your side. He’s big enough and long enough to stop players from getting their hands inside and controlling him, which is what most defenders are after. He engages defenders and moves well for a guy his size. He’s got enough space on him to get even bigger and stronger. He’s shown the ability to run or pass block. Adding depth to a position that will always be one of need, this is an excellent get for us. He’s another one of the guys that have really made me enjoy this recruiting class more than others I’ve looked at.
