How long have you been brewing? All-grain or extract? What kind of setup? Where are you located?
A buddy and I have been brewing for about 3 years now. 5 gallon batches, all grain. Hopefully in the next year we can setup a brutus style system and start brewing 10 gallon batches.You must be logged in to reply to this topic.

Ive only been going for about a year. Ive put out four different batches, Hefeweizen full extract, cranberry/apple mead, Trappist-style Ale partial extract, and Pumpkin Ale all grain.
My setup is fairly simple, I have a converted cooler for mash tun, and a couple of 5 gal buckets for fermenting/bottling. I can only make ales right now until i get a second fridge or chest freezer but im ok with that for now. I live in San Antonio, so the air temp is perfect for ales. Ive only had one wasted batch when i went AG the first time. Just had a ton of errors and inwasnt really ready for it. I think im doing better now, the pumpkin looks really good and im going to pop that this weekend.You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
