Cult of Personality

One of the things I love about this team are the varied personalities of the players and staff. Elston will chew you out and crack a joke a minute later, Kelly is a perfect politician, Diaco is the most intense/philosophical guy in the world, Alford is the best man you've met (or havent had the pleasure to yet)...Crist is the leader, Nix the crazy/funny huge guy, Cave is a rock, KLM is the teddy bear that will rip your face off, Teo is the flyin' hawaiian with a million stories, and on and on and on...

It really makes for a unique team, and it makes for some fun reading. Two great articles along these lines just came out, so just putting up a quick post to point you to them.

First, Coach Diaco goes Zen in a great article on where things stand for his D today. As you'll remember from my Fantasy Camp posts, Diaco is THE MAN, and his awesome balance of pure enthusiasm and philosophy makes for an electric, easy-to-follow leader. He's also fun as heck to read about. So, go do that.

And second, another great personality - the man himself, LNIII. He has a nice writeup as well that focuses on his transformation from wide-eyed (and overweight) frosh to trim, lean and mean (and much more comfortable) sophomore. It's a really great story, and speaks to the transformations that happen for these young men as they grow into...well, men.

Enjoy this team. I am loving where we're at right now people!

About The Biscuit

Unabashed Notre Dame fan. Always right. Including when stating that you're wrong.
