I love the method of posting a new blog entry for each response. Not only does it clearly delineate each response better, with DTK’s ridiculous scUM love post, that gets pushed further down.

Agree with the asseessment of the play on the safety — a lot of us thought at the time, and talked about it afterwards at the tailgate, that a quick “pass right” would have been a good option given the number of people they had in the box, the softness of coverage and the fact that Floyd could at worst use his body to shield linebacker from the ball while it was in the air. Even from under center Crist could have faked the handoff and rolled slightly right to give himself time. Have to say, however that it was the only offensive play call that I thought at the time was quesetionable.
