Some say that that's it - that the Big Tweleven is it. Others indicate that another 2-4 teams could join, including Syracuse and Rutgers, Nebraska and Pitt.
Obviously the two scenarios are way, way different in terms of impact to ND. The first has almost no impact, the second could be more significant as there would be a ripple effect through the Big East.
My guess? It's just Mizzou, and the Big 12 (the "Big" Conference that ACTUALLY HAS THE RIGHT NUMBER OF TEAMS) picks up a mid-major (like TCU, Utah, BYU, or similar) to fill out the conference.
And the net result is meh.
But, just a guess.
