Oh wow, this is just brutal guys…really, this is so embarrassing. We are gonna get massacred for this, and rightly so.
We need to put the keep ND independent campaign aside and concentrate all energy on getting this removed from the internet and eradicating all proof that it ever existed.
Someone get the Wolf from Pulp Fiction on the line.

and the fake guitar/bass playing? LORD. either some other school go all of our footage and put it together to make us look stupid, or we have the absolute WORST marketers in the world working with us.
At least they updated the cheerleaders’ uniforms.
This is hysterical. And embarassing. But mostly hysterical.
Certainly doesn’t resonate with the Notre Dame I knew, but hey, I guess the times, they are a-changin’, right?

Get out in front of it? That’s like BP getting out in front of the oil spill and saying….wait. Yeah. Not funny yet. That’s the worst video ever. That’s gotta be a Keenan Revue skit or something, right? Please? It can’t be real. Sure, the cheerleaders are hot (-ter than I remember) but when did we become the Fighting Douchebags on Air Guitar? How does this happen? I feel sick.

Guys, the “real story” of this video, ie, the explanation of its origin, has been out for a day now. BK didn’t have anything to do with it. Nor did Fr. Jenkins. It’s still an atrocity of music, video, and ND branding, but no need to freak out. Just laugh in the embarrassment.

sorta feel like it’s my job to freak out. but, i understand too. and while it’s not an ‘official’ video, ND leadership could’ve said ‘this isnt right to distribute widely’ and clamped down on it before it was spread so widely. if someone in my company made a video representing it in the wrong way, no matter the good intentions or the origin, i wouldnt put it out there.
