Chip Kelly Proves He is Most Definitely NOT the Urban Meyer of the West

Unlike Meyer, there are consequences at Oregon.

His star QB is busted for burglary, dude is gone for the entire season.

Had Kelly given him a scolding and suspended him for the Spring Game, he would've been called Urban's Apprentice. Looks like there can only be one Urban. (okay, maybe 2 now that Kiffin's at USC).

    No way does this stick. Masoli I’m sure will do some community service this summer and repent and ESPN will claim he’s a changed man and needs a second chance. Especially after Kelly figures out after spring ball how much he needs him. Dude should be kicked off the team.

    Does anyone remember how bad ND wanted Meyer? Looks like the Urban renewal potential at ND would have turned-into Cleveland. (sorry – I’m from Boston)
