Did anyone else find it sickening that hammond seemed almost gleeful every time he mentiomed charlie was on the hot seat? After uconn scored the last td, it seemed like he was happily cheering ‘and this may be the last game for weis in nd stadi, whooopeee!!!’

I am not making any excuses for Weis and what has happened over the last three years is inexcusable for a supposedly top tier program. No argument here. I am choked that you were rubbing our noses in our pride in Irish Football, no matter how tattered it might be right now.

Tjak and Biscuit – Quit making excuses. With the prestige, the resources, the fan suppport, don’t you think we deserve better than 0.583 winning percentage over the past 3 coaches? If TCU, Boise, Utah, and for god sake Stanford, can have some success, why not us? And no, we should not be enjoying this. Lame excuses for mediocrity and how we should be enjoying this, I just cannot accept. If you want to talk character, and the quality of coaches we’ve had here, I think CW is out of line with the prototypical ND coach. I can’t think of any prior Irish coach who would wave Superbowl rings in front of a wide-eyed recruit. That kind of cheeseball, car salesman tactic I thought was more SEC style. I’m sick of all the empty promises, the lack of accountability, the smug sense of superiority (my NFL mind is superior to you college pee-ons). Quit making excuses people, and let’s get Kelly to ND!!!

We need to get our program going again. We’ve waited long enough. Why do we keep making excuses for this man? And no, he is not respectable. Think of all the hot air statements he has made over his tenure. No ND coach in my memory, and I’ve been watching this team a long time, has made more blathering, bragging statements, yet failed to deliver on promises. I suffer each time the networks replay the footage of when he was newly hired, and I cringe. Pure braggadoccio. We’re better than this. Can’t wait to turn the page and end this ugly chapter.

schematic advantage as if you give a shit, but no none of us who are true fans and supporters of the Irish are enjoying this. What Biscuit was talking about this week was just to enjoy the fact that we support this team and enjoy the game itself. None of us enjoy yet another loss by a team that had us so excited by the possiblities only 4 weeks ago. In fact a true supporter recognizes that we as a program are in trouble, but we also feel pain for all our players, especially our seniors. Our heart goes to all players and coaches and all ND Nation that live and die by this football team. To be sure, there are far worse problems in our world, but this hurts nonetheless and anyone who glories in this by mocking the loyalty of another Irish supporter is either a fan from another team putting salt in our wounds or an asshole. Biscuit, Domer and all those who read Her Loyal Sons, I apologize for my language, but the comments, made by f the Irish and schematic are out of bounds. If you want Coach Weis gone fine, but do not attack the integrity of fellow Irish fans; it is not done. I did not yawn when this team lost today, I felt horrible; there is no enjoying this…… GO IRISH!!!

Schematic, I was looking for 9-3/8-4 this season, and this is not enjoyable. Hope every saturday night isn’t as sad as you spending your time lurking on ND blogs. Actually, I am pretty sure this is about average for you.

Your fat jokes are soooooo original, and soooo hilarious. Weis is twice the man you are – literally, AND figuratively. And it’s the figuratively that should bum you out. But you won’t care, and that’s even sadder.
