That’s pretty much it DTK. We just havent played anyone outside of WSU that really sucks, and they’re at least in a BCS division. Compare WSU to freakin Troy or Charleston Southern, and there you go. As far as hoping, I just want to win out. I could care less about BCS vs Gator or some other non-BCS. I just want to win, secure recruits, and somehow still have Jimmy’s draft stock plummet all at the same time.

BIscuit, I still don’t get how ND’s SOS can be so high? I mean you guys have played 4 teams currently over .500 (and of course are .500 against them) by my count. I look at the schedule ND has played to date and I think, it’s okay not great. I guess everyone else does play crappy schedules.

Trey, UC has a nice win against Oregon State, USF was okay, but yeah other than that not much. They have WVU, UConn and Pitt remaining, if they win out they probably don’t move up unless someone else loses but they will have “earned” their ranking.

If you guys are hoping for a BCS game, I think you will definitely need a lot of other people lose to get there. BC is, right now, your marquee win and I think pollsters, while not out to get ND, per se, are not inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt based on past big game perfomances.

DTK, just to clarify MY post (cant comment on what Trey’s thinking), I dont think ND should be above Cincy. i’m just saying that any team with a SOS in the 80′s shouldnt TOUCH the top 10, even if they’re undefeated. i think ND is about right, though I think we should be more like 18 or 19 at this point, but i’m fine with where we are currently

trey, you realize that UF and UC are ahead of you because they are undefeated right?

Seriously though, if you think you are being done wrong here, let me phrase it another way: who has ND beaten this year that proves they are anything other than one of the top 20-35 teams in the country.

I agree with you on #1 and 2, WTF. You also forgot Dez Bryant(?) getting suspended for the season for working out with Deion Sanders. I can understand a suspension, but the SEASON?? And then you come back and give Spikes HALF A GAME????

About Florida and Cincy, you guys have to realize that the media HATES us and is going to do everything in their power to put anyone else ahead of us unless absolutely necessary. Then, once we get on top, they justify it by blasting us for having played service academies in our history.

1. Why is RR supposed to be in jail?
2. Although I’m not quite sure both deserve to be in NYC for the presentation, JC probably will be there, it made me wonder, when was the last time a team had two legit Heisman candidates? Doresy and McGahee from Miami in 01 maybe?
3. Nice pic here too, Modern Family is hilarious IMO.
