Or take some gig at espn or go coach high school kids and trot out some old cliches about giving back to the game that has given him so much? I actually feel bad for the guy, and that's saying a lot given what he put ND through. It also never ceases to amaze me that these head coaches are willing to hire a bunch of failed coaches as assistants. It's almost as if they want to be surrounded by re-treads that are more pathetic than themselves to protect their egos. Not to mention that somebody gave "they were what we thought they were" Denny Green a head coaching gig in the first place. Why in the world wouldn’t he just go away and count his money?
