“It just helped us stretch out, loosen up, the flexibility,” [Offensive Lineman Paul] Duncan said. “I liked it a lot because I gained some weight. I got a little tighter, so it was good to stretch out, and I’m back to normal with flexibility.”

You should just be happy that we didn't post a picture of Paul doing the Yoga.

Wouldn't have been quite as appealing as the above I don't think.
