Unlike Latina, Frankie has coached Zone schemes for many years. Also unlike Latina, he's a fiery guy. And on top of that, I have to wonder, him being a Jersey Guy, if he'll be more comfortable with Weis' demeanor, allowing him to pair with Weis better than Latina.
