You’re So Predictable: Navy’s Running Game

domer.mq

Last week, we asked you to predict the score margin between the Irish and the Eagles, and only 14% of you “wish you were wrong.” The rest of you wish those people had been wrong as well.

This week, we look at Navy which lost Paul Johnson to Georgia Tech, and yet they’re still #2 in Rushing Offense in the nation, averaging 308 yds/game. (Side Note: They’re also 30th in rush defense. Interesting.) With the Irish on a losing skid of 3 lost games and one slaughter of the Washington Generals, ND fans everywhere have been looking back on the recent past to get a sense of what the heck is going on. And 2 or 3 are even bothering to research and use facts to back up their arguments!

With that in mind, we ask…

How Many Rushing Yards Will Navy Gain against the Irish?

  • Between the 271 in 2006 and the 239 they got in 2005 (38%, 41 Votes)
  • More than the 271 they gained in 2006 (37%, 40 Votes)
  • Fewer than the 239 they got in 2005 (24%, 26 Votes)
