You’re So Predictable: Programs on the Rebound

There were some really crushing losses last weekend: Navy lost to Duke. Ohio State showed why nobody really thought their game against SoCal was that week's game of the century. And then several programs lost in the sort of fashion that really eats at you until you have a chance to get over it by winning the next week. With that in mind...

Which Team Will Bounce Back After A Close Loss Last Week?

  • Fresno State over Toledo after losing to Wisconsin 13-10 despite having the Badgers pinned at their 1 with 1:55 to go in the game (33%, 37 Votes)
  • Purdue over Central Michigan after deciding they didn't want to upset Oregon in OT (30%, 34 Votes)
  • GaTech over Mississippi St. after fumbling the game 17-20 to VaTech (25%, 28 Votes)
  • Arizona State over Georgia after losing to a horrible UNLV on a blocked punt (8%, 9 Votes)
  • Houston over Colorado State after clawing back from a 31-7 deficit to a 31-28 loss to Air Force (3%, 3 Votes)
  • Temple over Penn State after watching a 35 yard, game winning pass land in a Buffalo receiver's hands as time expired (1%, 2 Votes)

Last week y'all did pretty well, overwhelmingly taking the layup and picking Syracuse as the team least likely to suffer a game-changing over-exuberance penalty. Syracuse had only 1 penalty for 15 yards in their blow-out loss to Penn State, and it was for kick reception interference.
