Friday Roundup: The “Let’s Set The World On Fire” Edition
domer.mq
Everybody ready? Good. Because it’s rare that Notre Dame gets to be in this position. The Irish aren’t part of the equation. Sure, they’ve got the BCS deal, and the NBC TV deal, and the largest fanbase in the country, but those who would rather see ND just go away and those who would script the way this 2008 College Football season is supposed to go hardly even have the Irish in their picture of the world and the way its supposed to look. It’s time to scribble all over that picture. It’s time to set the canvas aflame.
The Roundup:

- How often do you see “It was good. And it was powerful,” and “Syracuse Football” in the same article?
- Hey, speaking of fire.
- I think that was the sound of the SEC myth falling apart a little more.
- Well this would have been useful information a year ago!
- I wonder what “Rudy” would have been like as a courtroom drama.
- I’ll be overconfident for them.
- No surprise here.
- Dreamweaver? Jay Mariotti is clearly not serious about this whole website thing.
- Silly NCAA. We’re all Twittering the games now. Liveblogging is so MSM.
- Exactly, IRT, Fire It Up.

Knows a thing or two about burning stuff up.
