The Fisher Zoo was (yup, WAS) a full-dorm party the night before the Regatta where all 9 quads in the dorm throw parties, and our rector sits at the front door limiting outside entries to 300 people. It was pretty awesome, and it sucks that they've cancelled it. It's a pretty common theme this year, and I don't like it. I'm also in the marching band, and they've been working for years to force our directors to take the last bit of unrestrained fun out of that too. I swear, they're trying to squeeze every last bit of unprovoked student spirit out of this university. It won't be long until the Department of Manufactured Spirit will be all that's left...
