Chris is a good guy. He decided to wait until this weekend so there could be some good news waiting for me this morning, after all the bad news at the end of last week. Chris, that’s just awfully nice of you. Thanks brother, and welcome to ND. A family like no other.
Now we just need a pair of Tackles to complement the awesome guards we pulled in. If we can land Xavier Nixon and Zach Martin, this could be the best 2-year OL haul in ND history. Xavier won’t announce until early next year when his dad returns from serving in Iraq, but Martin should be soon. It sounds like it’s down to ND and UM, but I have to think we have a slight lead given that he just bumped back his UM visit to come back to ND this past week. C’mon Zach, keep this stellar crew rolling - give us #3 on the OL! The OL that will bring home a NC within 2-3 years!
