This is exactly what is needed to bring the "nastiness" Weis talked about 4 years ago. I also don't think it will hurt recruiting. YouTube is no mystery so all future recruits can get a flavor for the type of coaching they are going to get. I would also argue that college kids and people in general WANT to be lead.
