We’ve just been busy. With very important things like Las Vegas and all that it entails.
But we’re really pumped to have Deion on board. Freaking pumped. I’ll pump YOU up.
Walker brings another element to the ND receiving corps. And no offense (no pun! accent on the second syLLAble) to the older guys on the ND roster, but the combination of last year’s talented recruiting group - Kamara and Tate - with Mike Floyd and now Deion makes this one of the most dynamic groups of young WR’s in the country. Yes, they’re all HS seniors and rising sophomores to be - but in terms of raw talent I’d put this squad up against any other in the country. Once they fully develop, good lord, look out.
Walker is listed as the 102nd overall player in the ESPN 150 and the #18 WR. Floyd comes in at #29 overall and #9 WR. Kamara came in as #29 overall in his class and as the #9 WR, and Tate was #11 overall and #2 in WR’s, despite his more general tag as an Athlete. Folks, this is talent over talent - and this will be a formidable group as they mature.
