No criticisms of your comments here, they are totally worth making. I think every Irish fan feels the exact same way. The linemen remind me of a scene from “Miracle” where some of the players were oggling the Finnish girls in the stands while they were busy tying on the ice. Herb Brooks wouldnt let them leave after the game and made them skate lines until they couldnt stand anymore. We need this from Weis.

An absolute disgrace of a Notre Dame team. My 8 year old son turned to me and said during the game “dad, can we do something else, Notre Dame sucks!” What am I trying to teach him!!!!!!!!!

I watched the most painful game in my years of being a ND Fanatic. I witnessed linemen standing around watching instead of laying the wood on a body (any body would do). They are young wes but where is the pride? Where is the attitude to never quit. Does everyone of the young ones still read their press clippings from high school?

I don’t know how to offer any condolences that don’t sound trite and patronizing. All I can say is that I watched my team first be Hallman’d, then DiTardo’d…and then losing to UAB in Tiger Stadium at Homecoming. Things can change. I hope for the best for you guys.
