Friday Roundup: The Crunch Time Edition

Smell that? That’s college football coming at ya. We’re now beyond the 60 days out mark. I can smell it coming from here like this guy can smell a bag of Funyuns.

Posted twice in three days because it’s just that funny.
It really isn’t long now. Hell, if you’ve got as many things to do as I do before the start of the season, we’re looking at crunch time.
ToDo:
- Buy more BBQ tools. What, exactly, I’m not sure, but I know I need more of them.
- Ensure that “my guy” can supply enough pork product thru the duration of the 2007 season.
- Costco run.
- Decide if I can live with that red-color issue that the LCD TVs in my price range all seem to have.
- Buy high-end plasma, with no color issue, and just tell wife I “settled.” She’ll never know.
- Investigate and explore cable/satellite/fiber-optic options.
- Review Ultimate Grilling Guide.
- Ignore Fact that I got the guide from “Real Simple,” pop open a Tequiza, and celebrate my manliness.
The Roundup:
- Mike Bellotti was all, “You get back here!” And Dennis Dixon was all, “Bitch! You don’t go tellin’ me what to do!” And then Mike said, “I’m your head coach!,” and Dixon was all, “Pssssht! Whachyougoona do?” And then Mike was all quiet and Dixon was all like, “What!?”
- That other thing you smell ain’t bacon, unless you consider Phil Fulmer to be bacon. Which I do.
- Phil had better watch his ass, because MSU’s new QB is liable to eat it.
- Silly BC Football players, prima donna based thuggery is for Southern Cal.

Tequiza? Come on, Q. Everyone who’s anyone knows that Miller Chill is the new hotness.

I actually tried that stuff this week. A busty girl at my grocery store was offering samples, so it’s ok. The “beer,” was the worst thing the makers of the Champagne of Beer have ever produced.
By the way, it’s VITAL that your office computer’s sound be turned ALL THE WAY UP when clicking on Kermit’s link.
