I was thinking after I read the article, "You know, Skunkbear fans have to really be getting ticked about us stealing all their recruits." I mean, in the past two or three weeks, how many times have we seen "xxx player chose ND over Michigan, et al?" I havent once seen, "Player xxx chooses scUM over ND." This is great news. I also thought it was very interesting where Slaughter told the reporter that Corwin Brown said if ND had recruited him that he would have chosen us over ND. I would think that would stick in a players mind big time. The guy knows both schools coming after you, and knowing what he knows now, he'd choose ND. I say "so far" because I don't think we're done yet. So far....7 on offense, 9 on defense. On defense, we got 2 DB's, 3 DT's, 1 DE, and 3 LB's. Now....I think we just need one or two WR's to go with the outstanding crop of TE's and the continuing stockpile of QB's. Life is good. I’m really happy with this recruiting class so far.
