Huge Commit For Notre Dame
6-1, 300(!) pound Brandon Newman of Louisville, Kentucky has commited to dominating the line of scrimmage for future Notre Dame Football squads.
This is a massive commitment.

Good news! That makes 3 DL commits for next fall, and I think we stand a good chance of still getting one more.
Huge isnt the word for it. I heard this kid was literally blocking I65 on the bridge when he slipped off the ice-cream truck.
One question, tho, why does Scout.com have him listed as only a “one star” athlete?
Most likely it means they haven’t rated him yet. It’s probably the equivalent of an N/A.
Or they smoke crack. One of the two.
I guess, although at 300 lbs., he’s going to be good at plugging up the middle.
