Funny that fans of nd who have no problem with using rude nicknames for opponents, creating harmful rumors about other programs, and disparage all the teams that are not ‘worthy’ to play them (while at the same time choosing their own schedule every year because they are ‘independent’, go figure) can be shocked by the behavior of other programs. The word that comes to mind is HYPOCRITE.

You are going to play SAN DIEGO STATE. Fear the Aztecs. Really, really pathetic, I am sure that game will add to the ‘Legend’. Everyone will hope that the slippery green jerseys are trotted out for that one.

pretty funny. in fact, very funny. but you gotta admit, if someone put up a statue of a trojan or sparty or something like that on our campus, it would probably be “gotten rid of” pretty quickly… maybe quicker depending on if it was the weekend or not. and I say this even after we beat spart this year.

I don’t think we’d be quite so violent about it though. so I think OSU’s repuation set them up for this one (for example, burning cars, etc).

SAN DIEGO STATE? Are you really going to talk about us playing a them? how’s the mighty youngstown state treating you these days? I beleive they are D2, whereas SD State is D1.

Well if they aren’t enough of a challenge, you always do have Akron and Kent State. Oh! and the rest of the really tough BIG 10 (or is it 11?)
