Matt Romine committed to play for Charlie Weis and the Fighting Irish at the All-American game this weekend.
Romine, hailing from Tulsa, OK chose the Irish over Oklahoma and Miami.
Matt is a scholar-athlete that will help shore up a quickly-becoming-amazing OL haul that Weis has pulled together to protect whichever superstar standout QB ends up starting over the next 4 years.
How say you, Matt? “Notre Dame was just the total package with the academics and the football tradition and the football program Coach Weis is building there,” he said. “It’s just impossible to beat.”
