That would make my life if Davie got hired. No. 1, as Biscuit said, it would take him off ABC. Every time he says that any coach, not just Charlie, is making a bad call, I can't help but think to myself about the time he looked at his depth chart upside down and started his tight end at QB. And secondly, ND plays BC at least the next 7 years (although Bob would probably be fired after 3-4). Wouldn't it be nice to watch ND absolutly demolish a Davie-coached team? It would solve a few serious problems. 1 - It would get Bob off TV, and I HATE him as an announcer, especially when he says he disagrees with ANY decision CW makes during an ND game. If CW decided to punt on 1st and goal from the 3 and Bob criticized it, I'd still get pissed. He has no right to, regardless of his 'job'. 2 - He'd definitely run that program into the ground with some horrible offense and questionable clock management. That would be fun to watch. Oh, and I'm pretty sure that O'Brien moved down there for the weather. I would. Dude, that would be awesome. It would solve a few serious problems.
