Friday Roundup: Bond. James Bond.

In case you haven’t heard, the OSU, that’s the University of Ohio [the] State, and the University of Michigan are playing a football game this weekend to determine who will be crowned “The Only Team In The BCS Championship Game About Whom Nobody’s Bitching.” This is a valued position, dude. But the real event this weekend is that the newest James Bond movie, “Casino Royale” is being released. And not only does it promise to live up to my personal level of blood-lust, but I gotta believe a quality successor to the N64 version of Goldeneye will be released soon. Just in time for Christmas. All I need is to convince the wife that I need whatever gaming platform best supports this new game and that it’s totally cool if my friends live with us for a while. Oh, and that we need a 60 inch television so all 4 players can see what the hell is going on. Oh, and that it’s ok when I beat up The Biscuit for being a little bitch while he sits up in that one corner in that big room and just snipes people as they run around actually playing the game as it’s supposed to be played! That little bitch.

James is not amused, Biscuit.
Here’s the Round Up:
- The Extra Point has a suh-weet little video of his trip to The Bend for the UNC game. Check it out, and someone tell me what that song in the background is./
- IRT has supplied a little weekend survival guide. .
- BGS points out that, yup, sure enough, Quinn is awesome, but did you know David Grimes is awesomer than Tedd Ginn, Jr.?
- Robot’s just discovered that there’s another game being played this weekend, besides the “Game of the Century” also known as Army/ND.
- Bad Kermit has, in fact, not commited seppuku. Yet. Then again, it’s probably against the nature of a Cubs fan to actually stop the suffering.
- Every Game Counts has gotten as whacko about Judgement Day as a bunch of Calvinists. This time he reminds us of the greatness of Charles Woodson. Is it any wonder why this guy will be in the NFL Hall of Fame one day?
- SMQ explains why Michigan will win out on Judgement Day. Of course, if this were actually Judgement Day, it’s a fair bet that both OSU and Michigan would be losers.
- The Wiz of Odds tells us why the best college football analyst of ESPN (2nd to Lou, of course) cannot be trusted.

snipering is a totally legit form of combat. i rely on stealth and accuracy over your crude power (i.e. rocket launchers). plus, it’s fun to see the blood spill out of your skull whilst not knowing from where your death came.
