Lou Holtz vs. Bob Davie
I don’t even have to try to be funny for this. Just look at the question posed by AJC “writer,” “Tony Barnhart,” of Former Notre Dame Head Coach Lou Holtz, and former snot hockey champion, Bob Davie:
“Can Notre Dame win the national championship this season?”
Um, “can” they win the MNC? Um, yeah. So could Temple (They’re still D1, right? No?). Any sensible person, like Notre Dame Legend Lou Holtz would say yes. In fact, read this response by Lou:
“YES“
See?
Now, in contrast, see Bob Davie’s response:
“NO“
Bob, YES, they CAN win the MNC. Because they play football at a collegiate level, Bob. If the question had been, “WILL ND win the MNC?” we’d have an entirely different conversation. Lou is obviously bright enough to understand the nuance. Bob, you are not. You are not good enough. You are not smart enough. And, doggonit, people hate you.
